Weekend Reads | 16.06.17


I'm back with the Weekend Reads posts. After finishing The Good People and The Power I needed to pick up anything but adult fiction so I went with this middle grade fantasy book. It doesn't have the greatest reviews on Goodreads but I'm intrigued nonetheless to see what it is about. This is about Max, a boy who was abandoned in a bookshop and apparently he's the only person who can solve the mystery of the Vanishings (people are disappearing into thin air) but in order to do that he has to enter the Beginning Woods, a magical and dangerous realm. Sound promising.
